At Polar Haircare, we want you to love your locks, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange products that don't meet your expectations. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 75% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your Polar Haircare products in their original box or any sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back at our facility safely.

Attach Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
